When Your Need Gets It’s Voice by Josh Herring

Ps 142:1 “I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication.” How to bring your need to God, when doing so bring two things with it, both prayer and thanksgiving. “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Phil 4:6 Blind Bartimaeus had his need fulfilled because He brought his need directly to Jesus. He cried out to him as Jesus was near. We need to drop our pride and simply tell God of our need for Him. Your need won’t change God’s mind even if you are in right standing with Him, but your voice will when applied properly and thankfully. As we all know that the world has many pressing needs, but Jesus will pass it by unless it cries out to Him. But if the need gets a voice…
