Logos, Trinity and the One True God by David Bernard

What is monotheism? What does it mean to believe in one God? What does history tell us about what the early New Testament church believed about the deity of Jesus Christ and the Oneness of the Godhead? As we will be discussing the Greek word “Logos” and what the concept meant before Jesus’ day, during Jesus’ day and after Jesus’ day. We will also discuss what history tells us about what the first 4 generations of the New Testament church believed about the deity of Jesus in relation to the Godhead. Did the church start off believing in a Trinity concept of the Godhead, or did that come years later?
