HOW TO FIND YOUR MINISTRY – Their WORD is NOT YOUR WORD

It’s easy to get frustrated and confused about your calling, ministry, and life-purpose when you compare yourself to stories from the Bible or to other Christians around you. Especially if God is using them in a mighty and powerful way.

In this video, I will explore the fact that just because Jesus commanded someone to do something – does NOT mean that “word” or ministry calling was for everyone who ever heard it or read it!

In fact, sometimes those “words” were directly opposite to what he just told someone else.

And a very tragic thing I’ve seen in people’s lives, mine included – is that the devil can use a scriptural story and example from the Bible, or in someone else’s life to get you doing something that God never even called you to do in the first place!!

In this video, we’ll examine some of the following:
• Where did Jesus get the money to support his ministry?
• Do I have to sell everything I have and follow Jesus around like the rich, young ruler was commanded to do?
• Did Jesus give that command to other people?
• What “word” and MINISTRY did Jesus give the “demon of Gadara” (Legion)? Was it the same “word” and MINISTRY that the rich, young ruler got?
• How can passion destroy your life, and how did it affect Paul, Barnabas and John Mark's relationship and life?
• Joseph and Elijah both had to go through a FAMINE – did God give them both the exact same "word" and MINISTRY to make it through the famine?
• Did Joseph and Elijah have the same responsibilities? And how did that help determine why they were made and what their MINISTRY was?
• Why is dangerous to put your burdens, desires, and callings on someone else who is not designed, called, and purposed to do it?
