Reverend W.H. “Billy” Cole (1934 ~ 2009) evangelized throughout the world and established churches in Ravenswood and Wheeling, WV and 53 churches in the nation of Thailand where he baptized 289 Buddhist priests into the Lord Jesus Christ. He also pastored in Spencer, Parkersburg, and Charleston, WV where he served as Pastor for 20 years. The North Charleston Apostolic Church, where he served as Bishop is his home church. His service to the church has been Youth President of the East Central District, the District Secretary of the WV District, member of the National Foreign Missionary Board, and Executive Presbyter of the General Board of the United Pentecostal Church International and a world wide evangelist and has seen approximately 1 million converts. Through his ministry hundreds of men have been mentored to carry on the torch of apostolic faith.
