Take Up Your Cross by Anthony Mangun

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?”

Have you witnessed to somebody this week? We are to by Jesus to go and make disciples. Remember to seek to save that which is lost, even as Jesus did and then nourish and mentor them in Christ. This message first must be preach to every person, and then the end will come. We must be our brother’s keeper, and be about our Father’s will; occupying our time trying to redeem souls for God’s glory and strengthening the brethren.
