HOW TO PRAY FOR OUR NATION – Whats Happening to America
One of the main questions the religious and secular leaders asked Jesus was: By whose authority are you operating, and what gives you the right (authority) to do that?
In this video I want to use scripture to show you that God has not only given you the authority to pray for your country, government, leaders, laws, companies, corporation, policy, judges etc, but he has also COMMANDED you to pray over them and to influence them.
In this video we’ll cover the aspect of spiritual warfare and also examine some things like:
• What commands us to pray over and influence our country and by what scriptural authority can I do that?
• What is Apostolic authority, and how did the Disciples manifest that?
• What does it mean that the Apostle Paul turned people over to the destruction of the flesh and cursed Elymus the sorcerer with blindness?
• If everything that people do to you is God’s will – then why didn’t Jesus let the mob throw him off the cliff, or let the people stone him to death for saying he was God manifested in flesh?
• IF everything that people want to do to you is God’s will – then why didn’t the Apostle Paul let the group of 40 men kill him? Or why did he escape death by being lowered down a city wall in a basket and ran away?
• If everything people do is God’s will – then why did the church get busy praying without ceasing after Herod killed James, then proceeded further and imprisoned the Apostle Peter?
• The devil is not a fool, and understands that if he can gain control of the people at the top – whether it’s a corporation, social medial platform or a governmental office – he can control the laws and policy of the nation!!!
• If you don’t think God wants you to influence the city or country you’re living in by affecting the people in positions of power – then stick with me as we examine children of God like Joseph, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, the Judges, Mordechai, Esther, Nehemiah, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego – who GOD HIMSELF placed in POSITIONS of influence to AFFECT the COUNTRY!!!
I could go on and on – but this video is power-packed.
We have to pray for the peace of our country and do what we can to let our Godly influence affect the laws and direction of our country.
